SwitchyOmega

SwitchyOmega (Proxy SwitchyOmega) is a Chrome extension for managing and switching between multiple proxy servers. It supports auto-switching based on URL patterns and is widely used for web development and privacy.

Setting Up HypeProxy.io with SwitchyOmega

1. Install Proxy SwitchyOmega from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Click the extension icon and select Options.
3. In the sidebar, click New Profile > Proxy Profile.
4. Name it HypeProxy.io and configure:
   • Protocol: HTTP or SOCKS5
   • Server: fr.hypeproxy.host
   • Port: Your assigned port number
5. Click the lock icon to set authentication:
   • Username: Your proxy username
   • Password: Your proxy password
6. Click Apply changes.
7. Click the SwitchyOmega icon in the toolbar and select your new profile.

Tips

• Use Auto Switch profiles to automatically route specific domains through HypeProxy.io.
• Create multiple profiles for different HypeProxy.io proxy locations.
• SwitchyOmega supports PAC scripts for advanced routing rules.
• Use the direct profile to bypass the proxy for local development.
