What locations are available for mobile proxies?
We offer mobile proxies across multiple locations worldwide. Each location uses real 4G/5G SIM cards from local carriers for genuine mobile IPs.
What is a 4G/5G mobile proxy?
A mobile proxy routes your traffic through real mobile devices connected to carrier networks (4G/5G). Because these IPs are shared among thousands of real users, they have a very high trust score and are extremely difficult to detect or block.
How does IP rotation work?
You can rotate your IP at any time via our API or dashboard. Each rotation assigns you a new genuine mobile IP from the carrier's pool. You also get unlimited automatic rotations included with every plan.
What can I use mobile proxies for?
Mobile proxies are ideal for social media management, web scraping, ad verification, market research, SEO monitoring, and any use case that requires high-trust IPs. We don't restrict any websites.
What speeds can I expect?
Our mobile proxies deliver speeds between 35 Mbps and 50 Mbps with response times ranging from 700ms to 2500ms, depending on the carrier and location. Bandwidth and threads are unlimited on all plans.
What protocols do your mobile proxies support?
Our mobile proxies support both HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols. You can authenticate via username/password or IP whitelisting.
Do you offer a trial or refund?
Yes! We offer 48-hour trials so you can test our infrastructure. If you've already purchased and aren't satisfied, we have a 48-hour refund policy — no questions asked.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, orders of 10 or more proxies automatically receive a 15% bulk discount.
What is your uptime guarantee?
We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA across all locations. Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7, and you can check real-time status on our status page.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using credit cards or cryptocurrencies.
How long does it take to receive my product after payment?
Once the payment is confirmed, the proxy will be immediately available in your dashboard.

Is there any bandwidth limit?
We do not limit bandwidth or concurrent connexions.
Do you resell other provider services?
HypeProxy.io has its own data center located in France. We do not resell any service.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! For orders between 1 and 10 proxies, the unit price is 4.20€, for orders between 11 and 100 proxies the unit price is 3.80€, and for orders below 101 proxies, the unit price is 3.40€. Do you need a larger quantity? Contact us in our live chat!
Do you have an affiliation program?

How many simultaneous connections can I have?
We do not limit concurent connections.
Can I integrate with 3rd party software?
Yes! You can use our proxy in almost all software that supports proxy.
What proxy protocols are you supporting?
Our proxies are compatible with HTTPS and SOCKS protocols.
How does proxy authentication work?
You can access our residential proxies via two different types of authentication: username:password or IP whitelist.
Do you have any blocked sites?
Yes, some sites were blocked due to forbidden targets or fraudulent activities. If you want to check if a specific website is blocked before buying, send us a message on our live chat!
Do you have technical support?
Yes, we have. You can contact us on our live chat, by mail, or by opening a ticket from your dashboard. Response time could be from 3 minutes to several hours. All your questions will be answered.
Is your proxy IPv4 or IPv6?
