Proxifier

Proxifier

A proxy client that allows network applications to work through proxy servers.

Proxifier

Proxifier is a proxy client that forces any application's traffic through a proxy server, even applications that don't natively support proxy configuration. It's ideal for routing desktop applications through HypeProxy.io proxies.

Setting Up HypeProxy.io with Proxifier

Step 1: Add a Proxy Server

  1. Open Proxifier and go to ProfileProxy Servers.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter your HypeProxy.io proxy details:
    • Address: Your proxy host (e.g., fr.hypeproxy.host)
    • Port: Your assigned port number
    • Protocol: Select HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5
  4. If authentication is required, check Enable under Authentication and enter your username and password.
  5. Click Check to verify the connection.
  6. Click OK to save.

Step 2: Configure Proxification Rules

  1. Go to ProfileProxification Rules.
  2. Click Add to create a new rule.
  3. Specify which applications should use the proxy:
    • Name: A descriptive name (e.g., "Route Chrome through HypeProxy")
    • Applications: Select the target application(s)
    • Action: Choose your HypeProxy.io proxy from the dropdown
  4. Click OK to save the rule.

Step 3: Start Using Proxifier

Your proxy is now active. Proxifier will route traffic from the specified applications through your HypeProxy.io proxy.

Tips

  • Use Proxifier to proxy applications that don't have built-in proxy settings (games, desktop apps, etc.).
  • Create specific rules for different applications rather than using the default rule — this gives you finer control.
  • Monitor traffic in Proxifier's real-time view to verify that requests are going through the proxy.
  • Proxifier supports SOCKS5 — use it for applications that need lower-level proxy support.
